Whoo Loves You?

So, I read that this will be the final challenge (for now) at From Screen 2 Scrap. I just had to play along! I definitely enjoyed my time over there, and though sometimes I ran short on time, I still like to look around to see what’s going on there too.
My layout is about my newest baby, Moe. He is a riot! He’s little & so cuddly. He loves music, shaking his head, and telling everyone to “go to bed!” He & I really developed a close bond pretty quickly. I just had to show him off on this page!

Thanks for stopping by!  🙂

My Final From Screen 2 Scrap Layout

Happy December!
Time is still flying by, and Christmas will be here in 20 days!!
After this month, I have decided to step down from the Design Team over at From Screen 2 Scrap. I had a busy, busy fall, and I think spring is going to be even busier for me! (In a good way.)
I hope you can play along for my final month. The poster is for This Christmas. Just make a layout based on your inspiration from this poster, with a few extras on your page: use tearing, red cardstock, and a family photo.

Here is my layout: Oh What Fun
I love Christmas time, and all the reds & greens around, so this layout was so much fun to make! The photo is of my family, about 8 Christmases ago!

I hope you will play with us this month at FS2S!!
Thanks to Shazza & the team for a wonderful couple of years!  🙂

This month’s poster is The Queen.  Just make a layout based on this poster and add these to your layout:  pearls/ rhinestones, two-word title, and a cut-out figure or person from a photo.
Here’s the poster:

Here’s my layout:  The Pier
I’ve been hoarding this paper for forever, and I thought it would go perfect with my photo from the Cocoa Beach Pier.  I don’t cut up photos often, but I think it works ok here.  🙂

From Screen 2 Scrap’s June Challenge

Hello everyone!
Stopping by today to share the new challenge at From Screen 2 Scrap!  This month’s poster is Hairspray.  This is a fun, colorful poster to be inspired by!  I hope you’ll create a layout inspired by the poster & share it with us!
Just create a layout and add the following to your page:
Make it multi-colored, use hair-related photos and add 10 squares.

Here is my layout:  Hairspray Days
I love looking at old photos and seeing what kind of hairstyle I had.  I added photo squares of old pics throughout the years.  I love making these pinwheel flowers and I used bold paper as a base for them!

Stop by FS2S & see what everyone else came up with!

Thanks for stopping by!!  🙂

From Screen to Scrap’s May Challenge

Hello!!
Today I want to share From Screen 2 Scrap’s May challenge, featuring the poster of Memento.  This is such a cool poster to turn into a layout!
Please play along with our challenge this month!!  All you need to do is create a layout based on the poster, and add white cardstock, a black title, and one or more photos turned into a Polaroid snap or Instamatic photo.

Here is my layout:  Capturing Moments

I used several Polaroid-style photos, all revolving around my love of scrapping & photo taking.  This is an 8½ X 11 layout (my obsession continues!).

Take a look at all the great examples at FS2S!!!

Thanks for stopping by!  🙂

From Screen 2 Scrap April Challenge

Hello!!
Just wanted to share From Screen 2 Scrap’s challenge for April.  It’s a fun one!  🙂
This month’s poster is Ever After.  I love that movie!  I am definitely a believer in fairy tales for modern girls.
This month we want you to tell your Cinderella story!
Also include in your layout:
Bling: rhinestones, glitter, pearls
Fairy-tale themed title:  ex. Ever After, Once Upon a Time
Journaling: hidden or not, tell about your Cinderella story- how you met, how long you’ve been together, or another story about your prince/princess

Here’s my layout:  My Prince Will Come
I wanted a really romantic feel to my layout.  I don’t have a prince just yet… so I used a little glassine bag, and added some paper strips with journaling inside about what I expect form him, and what he can expect from me.  🙂

Hope you will find time to play along with us this month!!

Thanks for stopping by!  🙂
